A Message From Lujan - Awakening the Energy Body

Awakening The Energy Body is a highly advanced art that employs unique methods to open the fascia, stretch ligaments, and tendons, relieving one’s body of the pain and residue from illnesses.

I do this practice five days a week in the mornings, upon awakening. It allows the body to become as strong as an Oak tree. And the methods employed give the practitioner the sensation of liquid steel within the system that sustains a feeling of resilience within.

The methods I will teach in the September class will follow the same format that I have been releasing in all other forms. I’ve decided to give teacher-training techniques in all of my courses now, including the introductory programs.

This means that even these preliminary forms of Lo Ban Pai will have very advanced techniques infused within them. I have received feedback from my students, and they are ecstatic with the results of the recent online group programs.

For anyone who has previously learned the movements of Awakening the Energy Body, undertaking this program will be a completely new experience. This more advanced approach will allow you to experience greater subtleties within the exercises that will further the development of internal awareness.

This will leave no alternative in the future but to give prospective teachers that I will train in Lo Ban Pai, even more, profound information that will allow them to guide their students within the subtle intricacies of the system.

I will soon be announcing when the teacher-training courses will occur. I believe it will begin within two to three years.

The cost of this program is $1195 and will involve six sessions of approximately three hours each time. Classes will take place on Saturdays at 12 pm, Mountain Standard Time (Arizona).
