I wanted to say such a big thank you to you for the insights you have shared with me and the love within your words and presence. I am filled with so much gratitude and love and awe and my body feels like it is drinking in this energy that I have been craving and it wants more and more.
I am finally beginning to understand myself and you have helped immensely in this process in such a short amount of time. You have an uncanny knack of leaving me in a giddy and excited and loving mood for the rest of the day after a meeting with you.
You challenge me to be my true self and this brings me into situations, which constantly test me with making a choice between either sitting within my heart and respecting what my body tells me is true and how I must act, or recalling the emotions that I have relied on to manicure and distort myself my whole life to gain a feeling of control that is really unhealthy.
It is both a painful and wondrously joyful struggle that leads me to loving communion and understanding of myself and another if I can follow through and respect myself or hell if I falter and return to my anxiety, pity, and resentment. So I really can’t express thank you loud enough.
I am so happy that I am crying but now I can bring this love and deep feeling and joy into my experience with those around me.

We are currently accepting registrations for small group training in Lo Ban Pai for 2021 in Sedona, Arizona. These courses are for five days each and involve a maximum of four students to allow for individualized tuition. Upcoming availability is as follows:
