To Feel The Joy And Gratitude Of Each Day

This is an amazing, exciting, special gift you are offering Lujan. I often feel your voice lives in our house since I had the pleasure of participating in your Online Guidance. Paul, my most beloved husband has expressed so much support for your teachings and my contemplations about them.

I love this opportunity.  Fulfilling my longing to learn an energetic application that involves physical movement.  It feels like it is going to be the crack in the confinement of my mind ward, the crack that makes growth and freedom possible.

My intent of integrating and learning Lo Ban Pai is for strengthening and condensing energy within my body and becoming ever more aware of it.

I am looking to appreciate my wonderful body more as an energetic vessel and bring this aspect into focus, longing for a practise that speaks to me and also provides my body with much-needed nourishment.

I am not a group seeking person, doing much better in solitude.  Finding a practise that focuses me, that I can practise all by myself in my chosen setting, excites me.

Your body of work is an encouragement to my world.  Reading your books and speaking with you has helped me already immeasurably to slow down my frantic mind and to feel the joy and gratitude of each day.

I have a new perspective and appreciation for the dedication to my own existence. Realizing that indeed I exist. And the filaments that connect us all.

The Mantra of Life in particular is a readily available picture/companion to get back to and stay present in each moment taking full responsibility for my experiences.

I understand that I am still too much in my mind, opening up to a practice of energetic focus and remembering of consciousness will ever be so valuable to be and stay in that space.

Since our sessions together in the online spiritual guidance, I have been able to steer my life with more ease and grace. And the wonderment of life has taken hold again.

A deep appreciation of people around me and myself has appeared once more and for that, I am ever grateful.

Unlocking the deep layers of information you have shared, is part of my journey now and connecting with a community in the quantum realms and adding my consciousness to it, is what I do now. Also, lots of joy and laughter.

This year has been very exciting.  Filled with a depth of conflicting emotion, experiences, lows and heights. The only consistent theme is breaking through to myself. Listening to my soul voice and stripping down barriers to be open for new experiences, letting old once move out.  It is amazing how small and insignificant I can feel one moment and tall as a mountain range the next.
