This is a pretty amazing meditation. I’d never heard of bone meditation, thought I think I’ve stumbled upon it unnamed. Anyway, I’ve struggled with locating the thumping beat in my chest; for what ever reason it’s far away from my mind. This meditation is changing that.
I strongly recommend this, and I believe you can expand it to suit your needs. I was getting a tattoo and during the painful parts I imagined myself in my bones. Still close to the skin, but far enough away that pain was perhaps just an unpleasant but needed sensation (no way around it with a tattoo).
My most heartfelt gratitude to Master Nagual Lujan Matus for making this an audible reality, and for gifting it to the world. Peace and Love to you.
Such a bounty of beauty. We are listening to it daily in the morning with our daughter. <3
Great Medataion, thank you Lujan. I really enjoyed going through all 8 gates.
Thank you for reminding me of this wonderful meditation!
Love & Happy new year to all!
Beautiful.
What a precious gift, receiving this on Christmas Day. This mediation was a fun journey for me. I felt like a microscopic character in the 1966 Fantastic Voyage film, traveling deeper and deeper inside my Self! As the facilitator’s voice ended, leaving me in silence, I thought, Hey, wait! What do I do now?
A few seconds later I giggled, Oh Lujan, what a master teacher you are!
Brilliant. Beautiful.
Thank you for the meditation and sharing your journey with us.
@Ellie, Your description captures my own experience, better than I realized upon my own review. I giggled too, amazed at actually feeling my heart’s joy. And I just did again, reading your wonderful description. Thank you.
Brilliant x 2
