What if the strength you’ve been taught to cultivate was actually keeping you from the deepest truth of who you are?

In a world that rewards control, performance, and protection, vulnerability is often misunderstood — seen as weakness, even danger. But what if this softness, this openness, this trembling honesty… is not what should be hidden, but what longs to be embraced?

In this video, Lujan guides us into this inner terrain — illuminating how the very thing we fear revealing may be our greatest power.

The Illusion of Strength

From childhood, we learn to present a version of ourselves that fits into the world around us. We’re taught to suppress our softness, disguise our needs, and perform roles that protect us from rejection or judgment. This illusion of strength becomes a mask — and over time, we begin to believe that the mask is who we really are.

But true strength has nothing to do with domination or defense. It emerges from the willingness to stay open. It lives in the heart that continues to feel — even after years of being told to hide.

As Lujan shares in the video:

And your vulnerability actually is your strength.
Usually strengths cover up your true vulnerabilities.

The Altered Self and Social Conditioning

Vulnerability isn’t just suppressed — it’s replaced. We begin to mimic others. We learn to model ourselves after what society rewards, altering our inner world to fit the outer one. The result is not just disconnection from others, but estrangement from ourselves.

Lujan explains how this substitution happens subtly:

Anything that’s been given to you as a vulnerability
can be assigned to change your character —
to mimic the altered perception of someone who’s covering their own vulnerability.

And so, we begin to live a version of life that’s disconnected from feeling.
From intuition.
From truth.

Reigniting the Flame of Authenticity

There is a quiet flame inside each of us — undying, even when ignored. It may flicker beneath layers of armor and years of self-abandonment, but it never goes out. This flame is the seat of vulnerability, and also the origin of true strength.

To reclaim it, we must stop performing.
We must stop adapting ourselves to projections.
We must return to stillness — and feel.

If you are affected by someone and you become weaponized,
the heart gets covered, the flame goes out,
and then you’re in darkness — hell is then encroaching upon your being.

These aren’t metaphors. They are the emotional and energetic realities of spiritual life.

Seeing Without Judgment

There is another way. We can begin to meet others without the need to react, retaliate, or reform them. To witness without judgment is one of the highest spiritual acts — and in that witnessing, we preserve the altar of our own perception.

“You accept who they are unconditionally and act appropriately without saying a word,”
Lujan teaches.
“Those actions will be revealed to that person.”

It is through this consistency — this quiet, anchored presence — that the illusion begins to dissolve. In others. And within ourselves.

A Gentle Reflection

Take a moment.
Breathe into your heart.

Where have you hidden your vulnerability?

What strength have you cultivated that is no longer aligned with truth?

What would happen if you allowed the flame of your presence
to be seen — unfiltered and unguarded?

If this reflection speaks to something within you, we invite you to experience the full transmission. Let the visuals, words, and presence guide you gently inward — to a place of clarity, softness, and the quiet power that lives beneath the surface.
