Applying Mindfulness Meditation Techniques of Being, Knowing and Not-Doing

The Online Spiritual Guidance program is ideal as an introduction to Lujan’s teachings as well as for those who are unable to attend private tuition or group workshops.

We are offering this program in group format to make it more affordable and accessible to a wider range of students. This course involves a series of five online sessions that take place once a week. The large group program is scheduled to commence on Saturday, April 11th. We decided to run this program on the weekend to allow those who work during the week to be able to participate. 

Lujan will teach the application of Being, Knowing and Not-Doing, the principle of being a passer-by, the concept of the mountain and the art of being sincere through internal replacements of the senses, so that one can become self-regulating.

These principles will be applied to the mindfulness meditation that is outlined in the video below.

Lujan will also give a very specific circular method that will always retrace itself back to the origin of our simplicity or bias. He reminds his students that it is important to distinguish between these two so that one can be fully aware of the moment that is ever-presently available to be witnessed from the general consensus that has been employed by social engineering so as to disable our ability to be within our personal power.

His forthcoming book – The Power of Emptiness – will be expounded upon from many perspectives and will give everybody the fundamental foundations to understand this new edition to his literary collection.

In the group course there will be some opportunity to ask individual questions. For those of you who prefer a more personalized approach, private tuition is also available.

The private sessions of the Online Spiritual Guidance program will be available throughout April and May 2020. This format allows for more in-depth exploration of your individual concerns and aspirations, and can be more easily adapted to suit your schedule.
