Designed for use with coordinated body posture and movement, Lo Ban Pai Trance includes resonances based on the sound of Om, tuned to a higher octave of 417 Hz.

This frequency is known to assist with clearing destructive influences and facilitating change using a source of unlimited energy. Embedded in the sounds are NeuralHelix brainwave entrainment frequencies, delivering a combination of predominantly Theta but also Delta and Beta. Embedded within the track is a gong which sounds every five minutes, as an indication when to change to the next posture, exercise or mantra.

This work is composed and performed by co-founder of Sacred Acoustics, Kevin Kossi, an acoustic alchemist, in collaboration with Lujan Matus, an intuitive empath and the founder of an energy cultivation system called Lo Ban Pai. The specific resonances within this track were designed to support the practice of the Lo Ban Pai movement system but can also be applied to other spiritual disciplines.

Lujan emphasizes the development and necessity of a clear connection to physical awareness and the loving essence of heart consciousness. “The physical body is a resource uniquely tuned to act as a vehicle for the development of personal power – the force that drives and guides one to manifest a life with purpose and meaning.” Lo Ban Pai consists of soft internal movements that generate harmonies, which balance and strengthen the matrix of one’s biofield.

The track is available in both mp3 and WAV formats. Lujan personally listens to the WAV format while practicing Lo Ban Pai because it encompasses all variables in sound, even if some of them are inaudible. The main disadvantage is that this format requires a lot more data space.
