Lujan Matus is offering a group workshop in the Three Treasures from April 14th-21st, 2018. Spaces will be limited for this residential retreat that will take place on the beautiful island of Koh Samui, Thailand.

Spiral Energetics/Lo Ban Pai – The Three Treasures

The Three Treasures of Jing, Chi and Shen is a familiar concept in Eastern energy arts and internal alchemy. Although there are no exact translations for these terms they are generally interpreted as Essence, Energy and Spirit. The essential goal of all Oriental healing arts is to cultivate, balance and expand the Three Treasures.

The Three Treasures set, as taught by Lujan Matus, is an energetic movement form that combines chi cultivation with advanced dragon coiling as its essential core essence. Dragon coiling acts as a catalyst to activate and open the energy centers of the body to prepare them for absorption of Jing, Chi and Shen.

The Three Treasures set allows the practitioner to activate the dormant capacity of DNA to reawaken and heal the body from within. This also opens vast new horizons to be explored.

While we practice the Three Treasures, a portion of our energetic structure phases out of this dimension momentarily. In doing so it accumulates information from other realities that is brought back as knowledge that is pertinent to the practitioner’s evolution. This information can be utilized and realized if our essential three treasures are clear and open.

There are no prerequisites for this group workshop and students of all levels are welcome to attend.

Activities

The major reason why people come to Samui is to enjoy the beaches. The south of Thailand has some of the most beautiful beaches and islands in the world, which are surrounded by crystal clear water and stunning coral. The retreat venue is located right on the beach making this an ideal setting for long walks and relaxation.

Koh Samui has a rich Buddhist heritage and you can visit many temples including the Laem Sor Pagoda, which is just five minutes walk from the retreat. Another temple, Wat Kunaram, houses the preserved body of Lung Padaeng, known as the Mummified Monk because he is still sitting in the meditation position for more than twenty years after his death.

The Retreat Center

The workshop will take place at Samahita Retreat, which has been voted one of Asia’s top ten wellness resorts. It is in a quiet area off the beaten track, with plenty of privacy and comforts, yet still close to markets and amenities. The beach is virtually private and many rooms have a direct sea view, while the surroundings are lush and green.

Many of Koh Samui’s special attractions are nearby including waterfalls and temples and more. A walk down the beach brings you to the golden Laem Sor Pagoda of a realized Buddhist monk.

The retreat facilities include a meditation garden, a wellness center (Spa) and treatment rooms, an herbal steam room, a saltwater swimming pool, a lounge, a restaurant that serves delicious vegetarian cuisine, a full juice bar, and a boutique.
